How do I subscribe ?
If you’re a MOVISTAR customer, you can subscribe by entering your mobile phone number. You receive a PIN code that you enter on the subscription process. You enter then an email address and a password, you select the offer (weekly or monthly) and then, your subscription is activated instantly.

Check all of your email accounts for a Welcome email from STUDIO+ (search for ‘STUDIO+’).
When you find the welcome email, use this email address to sign in to STUDIO+ with (as long as you haven’t changed the email for your STUDIO+ profile)

How do I update my STUDIO+ account information ?
Update the email adress and password
To change the email or password of your STUDIO+ profile, go to Settings > Personal Information page in the Settings section. If you can’t sign in with your current password, send yourself a password reset email first. If you’ve forgotten the email address associated with your account, go to STUDIO+ subscription> I don’t remember my login FAQ.
Update the payment information
If you are being billed through a third party and not directly through STUDIO+ please visit the third party’s website to update this information.
How do I manage STUDIO+ emails?
If you want to stop getting emails from STUDIO+, or if you want to sign up to receive emails about the upcoming series to the STUDIO+ service, upcoming releases and special events or surveys or special offers, you can manage your email preferences in Communication settings from the Your Account page on the STUDIO+ website. You can also go into your General Settings of your mobile device to turn off the notifications. Below is a list detailing what you can change on your account.

How can I unsubscribe ?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To unsubscribe from STUDIO+, go to your Settings in the left-hand menu, in the « My Subscription » section, click on « Unsubscribe » button. You will enjoy STUDIO+ until the end of your subscription period. Note: if you are being billed through a third party and not directly through STUDIO+ please visit the third party’s website to unsuscribe.
Does STUDIO+ use or share my account information?

How does the Free trial work?
If you enjoy your STUDIO+ trial, do nothing and your subscription will automatically continue. STUDIO+ subscription is either a month-to-month or week-to-week subscription depending on the offer you chose, that begins at sign up. When your free trial is over, you’ll be charged monthly/weekly by your subscription provider. You can easily cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Just sign up to get started!

What is My Selection?
When you watch a series or short program, STUDIO+ keeps track of your progress. If you stop watching and then later play the same video, STUDIO+ remembers your progress and starts where you left off. The last videos that you’ve partially watched are automatically added to your Keep Watching list.
To see what’s on your Keep Watching list, go to Settings > My Selection > Keep Watching in the upper-right corner.
When you want to watch an episode later you can add it to ‘My Wishlist’. Tap an item and then tap the cross to add to ‘My Wishlist’.
How can I use the Travel mode ?
To download your episodes, it is easy, just click on download icon in the detail page. Once completed, the download icon becomes red. To access your episodes downloaded, go into your Travel mode in the left-hand menu.
Track the download progress on the « Travel mode » page, accessible from the main menu. Watch your downloaded videos without using data while your app is offline or online.
You can also download full seasons. If you want to save on data usage, turn on « Wifi Only » in your Download preferences. (This option is on when the toggle is positioned to the right and the background is colored).

How do I adjust the language, subtitles and captions on my device?
STUDIO+ proposes 5 languages (due to content licensing) for now (English, French, italian, Spanish, Portugese). If the language you are looking for is not available, don’t you worry, we are working on it!
Adjusting language, subtitles and captions
To choose your audio or your subtitles and captions settings, play an episode or short program for at least 5 minutes. Upon playing your episode, a bubble icon on the upper-right corner of your screen will be displayed. Click on it and select and set up your preferred language/subtitle and captions. Subtitles and captions are displayed in the lower part of the screen mirroring character dialogue or sound.
For some programs, you may not have the ability to turn off subtitles. Due to content licensing, select titles may display subtitles in your region’s primary language by default. (Example: Playing a title with English audio while in Brazil may have Portuguese subtitles that cannot be turned off.)

Can I stream STUDIO+ in High Definition?
Streaming in HD uses more bandwidth than streaming in standard definition. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data overage charges, as you are responsible for all Internet access charges. You can Manage Bandwidth Usage — the amount of data you use while streaming — by adjusting the video quality of your instant watching experience. Simply visit the go into your Streaming/Download preferences in the Settings menu change your video quality settings.

How fast does my Internet need to be?
While watching instantly works with many different levels of broadband, the speed and bandwidth of your broadband Internet connection may impact your viewing experience. STUDIO+ streams a small amount of data as a buffer each time you start a series or short program.
How can I save the bandwith ?

Watching series or short programs on STUDIO+ uses about 90 MB of data per episodes for each stream of medium definition video, and up to 180 MB per episodes for each stream of HD video. This can create headaches for STUDIO+ members who have a monthly bandwidth or data cap on their Internet service. Below, you’ll find a few ways to reduce the amount of data STUDIO+ uses, without having to resort to drastic measures (like actually watching less STUDIO+).
Adjust your data usage settings, in the Streaming preferences, under the Settings section.
Adjusting the data usage settings for your account is the easiest way to reduce the amount of bandwidth used while watching STUDIO+. There are four data usage settings to choose from. Each estimate below is per stream:
Data friendly (45 MB per episode)
Balanced (medium resolution: 90 MB per episode)
Best quality (High quality, up to 180 MB per episodes for HD)
Stream only in Wifi – If you turn it on, you will be able to watch your series and short programs using wifi only. (This option is on when the toggle is positioned to the right and the background is colored).

Below, you’ll find a few ways to reduce the amount of data STUDIO+ uses, without having to resort to drastic measures (like actually watching less STUDIO+).
You have 2 settings to help you manage your cellular data usage:
To limit video download to Wi-Fi only, go to Settings > Download preferences, and turn on WiFi only. At any time, you can download only in Wifi. (This option is on when the toggle is positioned to the right and the background is colored).
There are three download settings to choose from (low, medium, high). On average a video of Medium quality weighs 90Mb.
At any time, you will be informed how much avalaible storage is left versus how much your STUDIO+ has taken. You can also delete all your downloaded files at anytime.
